We are looking for a Data Scientist who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from selecting the right talent for your team to ensuring they have the necessary capabilities to succeed.

Problem Solving: Leveraging domain knowledge to define problem statements, collect data, and design analytical models that create quantifiable value.

  • Building and maintaining data-driven optimization models, forecasting algorithms, and capacity constraint models.
  • Leading teams to deliver high-quality models using industry-best MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and long-term governance.
  • Communicating final recommendations to cross-functional partners to drive informed, data-backed decision-making.

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects.
  • Expertise in Python scripting and the data science ecosystem (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib).
  • Proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with Java, Scala, or Spark (Pyspark/Spark-mllib is a big plus).
  • Solid experience in delivering and managing models using MLOps best practices.
  • A degree in an analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Management Science.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to mentor team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
