We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about:

  • Gathering and analysis of functional requirements;
  • Translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Supporting development teams and performing functional validation of solutions;
  • Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems;
  • Define the future state and/or appropriate business solutions;
  • Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and system designs;
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making;
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation;
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions;
  • Support and guide the team to ensure effective performance;
  • Provide and implement solutions to problems within the immediate team and across other teams.

What we are looking for

  • +2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Knowledge of banking processes and/or consumer credit solutions;
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent tools);
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience managing several stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2)
