We are looking for a Android Software Engineer who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

  • Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable and robust applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in fast-paced environments with frequent release cycles.
  • Apply best practices in software testing, including unit tests, UI tests, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across large and complex applications.
  • Work with modern UI frameworks such as Jetpack Compose, leveraging functional programming principles.

What we are looking for

  • +3 years of experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
  • Strong experience working on large and complex applications in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of testing practices, including unit testing, UI testing, and TDD.
  • Experience collaborating across the full software development lifecycle (design, development, deployment, and support).
  • Comfortable working with Jetpack Compose and functional programming concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments with rapid release cycles.
  • Living in Portugal (remote role)
  • Fluent level of English
